The organisation

The organisation is characterised by short lines of communication and proactive consultation structures at all levels within the company.

Production has four departments: Order Preparation, Prepress, Printing, Die-Cutting and Finishing.

The company has support departments for: Finance/ Administration/ Reception, Sales, Quality, Technical Service, Logistics (planning, purchase, warehouse, shipping) and HR.

A management team which comprises the Managers of: Logistics, Production, Finance/ Administration/ Facilities, Quality, HR and the Board of Directors (2).
